The next installment, Football Manager 2019, in the Football Manager series by Sega might only release in Germany according to a Tweet by German software media company, Koch Media.

Football Manager 2019 Release Date and Details
The game will launch on November 2, alongside Football Manager 2019 Touch for PC, Mac, iOS and Android, and Football Manager 2019 Mobile for iOS and Android. According to Kosh Media,

Which clearly shows that the game might be released in Germany only. FM 2018 is known for its in-depth details and entertainment and FM 2019 will not be any different. We will have to wait for the official release to get to know what Sega will have for us in store.
As well as the main version of the game, Football Manager will launch two more editions, Football Manager Touch and Football Manager Mobile, which are scaled down versions that can be also played on mobile devices, such as tablets and phones.

Fans who pre-purchase digitally or pre-order at participating retailers will get a 10% discount right the way up until launch, with those who opt to go digital able to dive into the beta, currently scheduled for two weeks prior to release.
Those customers who pre-order FM 2019 will be able to the Beta version 2 weeks prior to official game release.
Pre-purchasing FM 2019 will allow the customers to avail 10% discount on the price of the official game, From 34.99 USD to 31.49 USD. Each purchase of Football Manager 2019 automatically includes a copy of Football Manager Touch (for PC/Mac only).
