Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival game developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly, with Epic Games also publishing the game. The game makes use of the highly popular Unreal Engine and is widely known for it’s Battle Royale mode that was originally featured in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. The game is free to play and is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, and Macintosh operating systems. Fortnite on iOS and Android
From Monday onwards, you can register here to be on the invite list of Fortnite’s mobile version. As you register here, emails will start rolling out and you will get your link to download from the App Store. Players that don’t get an invite will receive one eventually over the coming months. Fortnite mobile will feature the same highly detailed graphics and the same controls on all platforms, which is pretty neat considering how mobile ports are dumbed down.
Players who receive invites from Epic will also get friend invite codes to share with others. So if you want to get the invite quick, register tomorrow(Monday) as soon as possible.
Fortnite on iOS Requirement
To participate, you will need an internet connection and iOS 11 on at least an iPhone 6S/SE, iPad Mini 4, iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad 2017 devices.
Fortnite Cross Platform
Fortnite will now also be playable cross-platform between PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, iOS and Android. From Epic’s official announcement
In partnership with our friends at Sony, Fortnite Battle Royale will support Cross-Play and Cross Progression between PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, iOS and eventually Android. This means players across devices can squad up with friends and play together.
