Death Stranding Could Have Diane Kruger As Female Protagonist

Death Stranding Game Details are stlll hush.

Death Stranding is a game that is shrouded in mystery, coming from the equally puzzling minds of Guillmero Del Toro and Hideo Kojima, the game has continued to tease and excite since its reveal through some very cryptic trailers, and manage to avoid a shred of gameplay or any logical sense.

Kojima did mention that the game would have a female protagonist to spot, while many people speculated Emma Stone or Stephanie Joosten due to her immense work on The Phantom Pain, there is now a theory that Kojima may have had multi-talented actress Diane Kruger take the helm of a protagonist, if not another role in the production that is definitely going to rock the entire world of gaming to its core.

I’ll save you the trouble of watching 3 minutes and 51 seconds of idle TMZ and the filmography of Diane Kruger.

The main point of the video is how Diane’s Instagram page shows her wearing the same mocap outfit as Norman Reedus when he was filming the reveal trailer of the game. Albeit there are early shots of her going to Kojima studios, but if you follow Hideo on twitter you will know he is no stranger to having all sorts of friends and celebrities visit his new studio, so we can’t automatically assume that every one who walks through the studio is a prospective member of the Death Stranding cast.

Given that Diane is wearing some curious mocap gear shortly after talking about her time at Kojima’s studio, it is fair to assume that she is working with the same mocap equipment.

Take this news with a grain of salt, as Kojima continues to play cat and mouse with the fans as he has done numerous times in the past.
