DEATHLOOP file size revealed on the PS5

Thankyou for not breaking my storage

A new action game called DEATHLOOP, developed by Arkane Studios, will be released on September 14, 2021. The game is published by Bethesda Softworks; they are known for publishing renowned games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Doom Eternal. It is a game that follows two assassins that are stuck in a time loop and are bound to repeat the same day over and over again unless they kill eight targets before the day resets. And just recently, the game file size of DEATHLOOP was released

DEATHLOOP was supposed to come out in 2020 with the Ps5’s release but it was delayed to 21st May 2021, and then delayed again to September 14, 2021, due to COVID-19. It was thought to be a PS5 exclusive but since it got listed on steam over here, we can assume that is not the case. But it is still believed that it will come out on the PS5 first.

DEATHLOOP File Size on PS5

The file size of DEATHLOOP was recently confirmed by a listing on the PlayStation servers, which is around 16.1 GB. This is relatively small compared to other triple-A games in this era, especially those that support technologies such as Ray-Tracing. Games today easily cross the 40GB threshold but it is nice to see that there are still developers who allow for a storage-friendly approach to developing their games.

The file size of this game is small compared to not only other games these days, but also compared to other PS5 games. This is a great thing as the SSD that the PlayStation 5 comes with is quite small compared to game sizes today. So it is nice to see for all the game hoarders out there that you won’t be running out of space soon. You can read about further topics that we have covered such as the following:
