Xbox Game Pass introduces Friends List, Messaging and Game Sorting

If you’re part of the Insider’s program, you’ll be getting a bunch of new options tomorrow as part of the first set of 1905 features begins rolling out to the Alpha Skip Ahead and Alpha rings.

These features include the following

  • Play Later: With such a large library, Play Later lets you add games into the play later list, so you can keep track of the games you’ve played or want to play later.
  • Friends Lists: You can now view your friends from various platforms making use of Microsoft software including mobile, Xbox, and Windows 10.
  • Messaging: You’ll now have the ability to Message Requests feature in messaging which will prioritize messages from your friends and anyone you want to communicate with while separating out messages from people you don’t know into a message requests tab.
  • Games Sorting: Games will be sorted in a much more smarter way, and won’t rely on “a”, “an” or “the”. For example, The Witcher 3 will now show up under “W”, instead of “T”.

You can read more details about the features on the official post here. If you’re looking for a cheap way to play hundreds of games on your console, this is one service we highly recommend.
