Assassins Creed Rogue HD Rated By Korean Board for PS4 and Xbox One

RUMOR: Assassins Creed Rogue HD PS4 and Xbox One Store Listing Spotted

We covered Assassins Creed: Rogue a few days ago when several Italian retailers posted a listing for the game on their websites and slated the game for a March 2018 release, at a modest 30 Euro, but now the rumor is officially confirmed with Assassins Creed Rogue HD getting a rating from the Korean Rating board.

According to the Korean Rating Board, Assassins Creed Rogue HD has been submitted for review, and it is currently stated for a PS4 and Xbox One release.

This has confirmed that the game will only come with Assassins Creed Rogue and any other games that have been left out for porting such as Assassins Creed Liberation, are still in the wind.

It goes without saying that a game being submitted to a rating board does cement the rumor, with the Korean rating board being behind some of the biggest in the world of gaming with Resident Evil Revelations being one of the best games to come out of the rating board.

Assassins Creed Rogue is a unique take of the series, as the games have always put us in the shoes of Assassins and portraying the Templars as the grand villains of the series, but Rogue shows us a brand new perspective of the Assassins as we take on the role of Shay Patrick Cormac, a member of the Assassins Brotherhood who leaves the brotherhood after finding out the Assassins are plotting a devious scheme and joins the Templars to stop them before they have the chance to carry it out.

While the HD version will not come for the PC, since the game did get a release in 2015, we are now more than eager to find out how the graphics are going to be handled and whether this is a simple port or given some love.

Assassins Creed Rogue was released parallel to Assassins Creed Unity on the PS4 and Xbox One, originally as a console exclusive to the PS3 and Xbox 360, being the last Assassins Creed game for the latter consoles.
