Robert Downey Jr. born on April 4, 1965, brought up in the streets of New York City, USA. The American born actor is well known for his role as the Marvel Comics Character in Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, and the Avengers. He will again entertain us in the upcoming expected-blockbuster Avengers: Age of Ultron, then again in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War in which Iron Man and Captain America will be at each other’s throat (oops spoiler).
Not only Robert Downey Jr. has performed outstandingly well in the Marvel Cinematic Character but the actor is also the main star of the rebooted Sherlock Holmes franchise starring in Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.
But Robert Downey Jr. took a real chance playing Australian actor Kirk Lazarus in Tropic Thunder. The American actor is playing a white Australian actor who has his skin surgically dyed in order to take on the role of an African-American sergeant named Lincoln Orisis. And his famous quote of the movie:
“I’m a dude, playing a dude, disguised as another dude”
Yes he did make a point of that. The acting was extremely well because he was completely merged in the role that he had taken. He knew the risk but he took it and that’s acting is about.
His achievements are too much and not all can be listed here, but one thing is for sure that Downey has made a room for him in our hearts and he will stay there.
