iPad Mini 3 Specs:
As per hardware specs, the new variant has got 7.9-inch Retina display same as of the previous variant. The display has got 1,536 x 2,048 pixels with 326 ppi. The screen has got fingerprint resistant oleophobic coating. As per dimensions, new iPad Mini is 5.3-inches thick and 7.87-inches tall. It weighs only 331g. The cellular variant weighs bit more i.e. 341g. The camera is not much strong i.e. only 5 MP. This 5 MP iSight camera can record 1080p HD videos. It has also got FaceTime HD camera. Apple’s popular Touch ID has also made its way to iPad Mini 3. The variant also gains the faster 802.11n Wi-Fi with MIMO. It also features Bluetooth 4.0.
iPad Mini 3 comes with A7 processor that comprises of 64-bit desktop architecture. It will deliver excellent power without consuming too much battery. iPad Mini 3 will run on latest iOS 8, making both a perfect match. Other than that, new iPad Mini 3 has got 10 hours of battery life.
New iPad Mini 3 has also got smooth covers which are available in seven colors. The covers are made of polyurethane. The cover will ensure the protection of front and back of your device.
iPad Mini 3 Availability and Price:
iPad Mini 3 is available in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Cellular models. The storage options are 16 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. Wi-Fi variant begins from price $399. The prices for Wi-Fi variant will be $399, $499 and $599. The prices for Wi-Fi + Cellular vatiant will be $529, $629 and $729 respectively. The pre-orders will be starting from tomorrow while the shipping begins by the end of this week. The new iPad Mini will be made available in Space Gray, Silver and Gold colors.
