Grand Theft Auto 5-Featured

Grand Theft Auto 5 saw a big success last year. Rockstar Gams managed to generate $1 billion in just 3 days of its launch provided that it was launched on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 only. PC gamers were very disappointed at that time and they even started a petition on change.org to convince Rockstar Games to release their latest title for PC as well. And at last Rockstar Games announced the Next Generation Grand Theft Auto this year at E3.

Next Generation Grand Theft Auto 5 is coming for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Microsoft Windows. Question is that what extra and new the next generation GTA will offer? Well here are some details.

All previously downloadable contents will be available on day one at no charge for next generation users. Downloadable contents include online updates, new vehicles, weapons and character customizations. Moreover a number of new add-ons are coming as well in GTA 5 online.

Talking about GTA 5 online, online mode in next generation is still as awesome as it is in current generation. In addition it has an improved performance. You’ll not have to see any performance issues from day one as there were several issues in GTA 5 online version of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 when it first launched on October 1st 2013.

The most noticeable improvement in next generation of GTA 5 is graphics quality. Next generation will fully utilize the next generation hardware of PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. And PC has of course superior graphics compared to any console. Next generation will take full advantage of the hardware. It has a greater draw distance. And graphics won’t fade away even if you go at full speed on some high speed car. Rockstar may made some tweaks even in the gameplay of next generation GTA 5. But the core gameplay remains same of course.

Here is a graphic comparison between old generation and next generation on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 respectively:
